So from my personal point of view, the foreign student will gain several advantages by attending a small college. Those advantages are the cost of the tuition that  will be cheaper, the condition of the environment  they will study on will be more comfortable and of course the situation of the study will be more relaxed, and the system and the materials of the campus will be easier to understand and more flexible so that there will be no problem with the lessons or the bureaucracy.
